The store is called Urban Zen.

"Everybody walks in and goes, wow, this place is so cool," Donna said.

It's not just a place. Urban Zen is part of a much bigger movement.

"Everything is hand crafted with real soul behind it," said Donna.

A soulful economy, a concept Donna Karan stands by and is a guiding force behind this magical space.

Set in her late husband's studio, Donna tells me this marketplace embodies what Stephan Weiss stood for.

"Through Urban Zen, we've been able to continue his legacy and his passion, that of art, that of education,that of healthcare," she said.

You see, each piece has a story behind it. Bags covered with metal tabs, bracelets made out of guns collected from the streets, installations created with medical beakers.

Each when sold, will help people around the world.
