BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Pantai Restaurant and Zen Pavilion at The Empire Hotel and Country Club is currently running a Taste of Japan Promotion until November 17 with special appearances of legendary chefs from Daisyo Corporation, Tokyo, Japan.

The promotion was officiated by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Wadood Bolkiah bin Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz and Pengiran Siti Aminah binti Pengiran Othman.

Also present were the Japanese Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam, Her Excellency Madam Noriko Iki and Chief Executive Officer of Baiduri Bank, Mr. Pierre Imhof.

The promotion is initiated in conjunction with the 30th Anniversary of Japan-Brunei Friendship, marking commemorative year of both countries' strong ties of cross cultures, arts, academics, economy and tourism.
