Roll out a yoga mat and open your heart and ears for The Soulshine Tour.

Michael Franti & Spearhead will be at the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre at San Diego State University on Sunday, along with SOJA, Brett Dennen and Trevor Hall.

Their show here is part of a 35-city summer tour, which fuses yoga and music, starts today at the Santa Barbara Bowl.

The bands on the tour are all awesome. Itll be really fun, Franti said by phone from his home in San Francisco.

When: Sunday. Yoga at 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Concert doors open at 6 p.m., starts at 7 p.m.

The 48-year-old Franti, who has played music since 1986, began practicing yoga 13 years ago, after all the touring and travel took a toll on him physically.
