Jamie Leigh Reilly thinks its great that yoga is being practiced by more celebrities these days and that its seen as trendy and has even inspired fashion.

Whatever it takes to get people into a studio, she said, is indeed a good thing.

She teaches private and small group lessons in her 300-square-foot space at 190 Albany Ave. in Kingston and calls her practice Yoga With Jamie.

Reilly observed that there are more yoga studios (many of them chic, spacious and sunlit) in the Hudson Valley these daysa far cry from when she started yoga at the age of 16.
