Kareem Abdul-Jabbar

Abdul-Jabbar is a retired NBA player who played for both the Milwaukee Bucks and the Los Angeles Lakers. He gives yoga credit for giving him the ability to play as long as he did.

Los Angeles Clippers

The Los Angeles Clippers have their own yoga coach named Kent Katich. Players, such as Baron Davis and Blake Griffin participate in group classes with their teammates. Griffin incorporates yoga into his workouts to help improve his flexibility and keep his muscles resilient. Blake states, "It's a great low impact workout. It speeds up recovery. It has kept everything around my knee, calves, quads, hamstrings, ankles, all that - more flexible."
