If you are not sure what kind of personal development goals you can set for yourself, here is the list that will help you decide. It contains many examples of self improvement goals in the areas of spirituality, productivity, health, relationships and personalfulfilment.

Hopefully this list of personal development goals will give you ideas of what goals you can set for yourself.

If you are still struggling with coming up with personal development goals, heres what you should do:

1. Go to a place where you wont be disturbed.

2. Identify the area of your life you would like to change most.

3. Identify the things in that area of life you are least satisfied with.

4. Come up with ways to improve those aspects.

5. Set a definite personal development goal together with a plan of how to achieve it.

Your personal development goal can be anything that improves your personality/body/health in some way. Such self growth goals can include other people or be only about you. However know that if your goals include other people, you cannot affect them directly because every person has a free will. So the best thing to do is to set goals that you can fully control.

For example, if you decide that your self improvement goal is to lose weight, such goal is good because you are the only force that impacts your weight. But if you set a goal for some particular person to like you, you dont have full control of that goal. Of course, if you improve your personality that person might as well start liking you, but this depends only on that person therefore you cannot guarantee the final result.

Some self growth goals can seem overwhelming they are the ones that you know would take a long time to achieve or theres a lot of work involved. If you have such goals, you should make them look more achievable by taking them apart into smaller, more manageable steps.

For example, if you have a goal to earn a large income, you can go about such goal this way:

1. Set a time period for a goal to be achieved (e.g. 12 months).

2. For each month set specific steps you should take to start earning a bit more income.

3. Each month you should aim for the higher income until your desired income is achieved.

Using this method no personal development goal will seem too big to achieve.
