Prof Paul Kim is Assistant Dean Chief Technology Officer at the Graduate School of Education Stanford University. Here he talks to Prof Denis Noble from the University of Oxford. They discuss the opening up of education through the use of technology, which has the potential to radically change the aspirations and lives of people across the world, particularly in developing countries.
