Mentors - One of my Mentoring Moments

After joining, I received a personalized letter from him in the mail welcoming me to the team. He expressed his appreciated and excitement and gave me some coaching and guidance. He also provided me with a copy of Jim Rohn #39;s "Building Your Network Marketing Business," which inspired me and led me down a personal development journey that has made me a better person. This experience provided me with immediate trust to my mentor and was willing to follow him and be coachable. Now that I #39;m the mentor, and am coaching and guiding others, I pass this same act of appreciation to my team in some way. It impacted me, and know it will impact them.
