FORMATION is a short documentary on capacity building and personal development featuring the 02 Academy initiative as a case study. 02 Academy is a CSR based hands-on creative training school designed to bring the real every day workplace experience of an advertising agency to every fresh graduate with a passion for advertising. This is an initiative by a team of seasoned Advertising professionals to selflessly grow new admen and revolutionize the ad world. This 23 week training on copy writing, art direction, strategic planning, photography and multimedia software training is simply a platform to help them generate content and create a career part for themselves in the ad world. The school holds on Saturdays from 12pm to 4pm. Our commitment at the academy extends farther than just discovering raw gifting, but through our effective creative drone and unrivaled dedication, we reach deeper into your potential to give it the growth it deserves.
