Wall Drill
Visit http://www.juanlugofitness.com for more info and tips on health and fitness. Wall drill- Start in a plank position, then perform a push up. Climb your feet on to the wall behind you and get in hand stand position. Hand stand walk laterally to your right . Just a few steps, come down into a plank position with control. Perform another push up. Climb your feet on to the wall behind you and repeat. In this exercise you will be using your chest, shoulders, triceps and core. It can also become very metabolic very quickly. Remember, always practice quality of movement. Don #39;t be sloppy. Try It and have fun doing it.
