That #39;s great data for anyone trying to lose fat. Gym boss Interval Trainer: I love interval training, for my clients and myself. But it #39;s hard to focus on the exercise when you #39;re trying to watch the clock. The Gym boss lets you program times for your rest and work intervals and then makes a beep when it #39;s time to start and stop. Foam Roller: The foam roller is a great recovery tool. Static stretching can pull at the muscles; the foam roller can get to the knots in the muscle belly. My runners love foam rollers for their tight hamstrings!
