Emotional Hijack Part 2 - How to clear your mind under stress, public speaking, tests or exams.
After watching, go here http://www.facebook.com for latest information and updates. In Part 1 I covered the reasons why our mind goes blank or we have a mental block in stressful situations such as public speaking, exams, tests, interviews etc. It #39;s the automatic physical (physiological) response called #39;fight or flight #39;, run unconsciously via the Autonomic Nervous System which, in times of stress, diverts energy to our major muscle groups. It #39;s meant to keep us safe, but during this process our mind goes blank and we can #39;t think! Not good if there is no real physical threat and we have a speech to give! In this video you #39;ll learn in detail exactly how to regain control and think clearly again, within one or two seconds. The cause is activation of the #39;sympathetic nervous system #39; (fight/flight response) and the remedy is to activate the #39;parasympathetic nervous system #39; (relaxation response), This video shows you clearly how to do that, and the results you will see in your heart rate variation (HRV) if you were to monitor your pulse and heart rate whilst using the technique. It #39;s simple, quick and very effective... one of the best and most useful things I #39;ve found in more than 25years in the business and personal development fields. Enjoy the video, practise the simple #39;heart breathing #39; technique and pop over to my Facebook page to leave a comment and join the discussions! See you there :)From:Dave SmithViews:1 0ratingsTime:09:20More inHowto Style
